Returns & Exchanges
At Persona, we take pride in offering premium quality jewelry at great value. We understand that sometimes quality issues may arise; resulting in the need to return something for repair or replacement.
If you purchased directly from us at personaworld.com or (.ca) and are not completely satisfied, you may return your items for full credit within 30 days of receiving your order. You will then be issued a store credit that you can redeem on your next order. Please note, for such “preference returns” the cost of sending the item(s) back to us would be at your expense. Please be sure to package your returned items securely to avoid damage, as preference returns that are received in damaged condition cannot be credited for full value.
All Persona, PersonaPhi and PersonaGirl jewelry is backed by a full one-year manufacturer’s warranty against defects in material or workmanship. Our warranty covers such defects for up to one year from the date of purchase. Examples of a valid warranty claim include, but are not limited to, defects such as a defective clasp or a missing or loose stone. General wear and tear, oxidation, tarnishing, or issues resulting from improper cleaning are not covered by warranty. For purchases made on Personaworld.com or (.ca), please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and include details on the defect you have found in your item. Click here to request an RMA.
Upon receiving your request for an RMA, a Persona representative will follow-up with instructions on how to return the item(s). Once received, we will inspect the item(s) to confirm and document the defect. If a defect in material or workmanship is found, we will replace or repair the item. If the item is no longer available, we will notify you and issue you a full store credit or refund.
If submitting warranty claims for items purchased at an authorized Persona retailer, a valid proof of purchase detailing the item and date of purchase is required to be submitted with your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). To request an RMA, please click here. Once received, we will inspect the item(s) to confirm and document the defect. If a defect in material or workmanship is found, we will repair or replace the item. If the item is no longer available, we will notify you and issue you a full store credit.
We cannot perform warranty replacements on items which have been resized or otherwise altered in any way or items which have been damaged due to excessive force or mistreatment.
Purchases from an Authorized Persona Retailer or Retail Outlet
If you have purchased your Persona items from an authorized Persona retailer other than directly from personaworld.com, please return to your original place of purchase to return or exchange your item. Please note, preference returns are subject to the retailer’s policy.
For returns due to defects in manufacturing, the retailer can submit your return to us on your behalf for repair or replacement. You can also return directly to us, per our warranty policy here.
Your purchase may qualify for manufacturer warranty replacement for up to one year. Please note that we will require your proof of purchase and will only process warranty replacements for the exact same items. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization. To request an RMA, click here.
