We want every customer to love their jewelry!

If you purchased directly from us at personaworld.com and are not completely satisfied, you may return your items for full credit within 30 days of receiving your order. You will then be issued a store credit that you can redeem on your next order. Please note, for such “preference returns” the cost of sending the item(s) back to us would be at your expense. Please be sure to package your returned items securely to avoid damage, as preference returns that are received in damaged condition cannot be credited for full value.

If you are returning an item that qualified your order for a free gift, discount, or similar benefit then you must also return any free gifts or benefit items you received in that order if the original purchase without the returned item would be disqualified from receiving the gifts/benefits. For example, if, due to a specific promotion, you received a free collector's case because your order was over $150, and returning one item drops your order below $150, then you must return the collector's case as well. Please note, the value of an unreturned free gift or promotional discount may be deducted from your credit at our discretion.

If you are returning items due to defects in manufacturing, we may opt to repair or replace the item for you, or issue you a refund if the style has been discontinued. View our warranty policy here.

Purchases from an Authorized Persona Retailer or Retail Outlet

If you have purchased your Persona items from an authorized Persona retailer other than directly from personaworld.com, please return to your original place of purchase to return or exchange your item. Please note, preference returns are subject to the retailer’s policy.

For returns due to defects in manufacturing, the retailer can submit your return to us on your behalf for repair or replacement. You can also return directly to us, per our warranty policy. 

Your purchase may qualify for manufacturer warranty replacement for up to one year. Please note that we will require your proof of purchase and will only process warranty replacements for the exact same items. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization. OUR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

We cannot perform warranty replacements on items which have been resized or otherwise altered in any way or items which have been damaged due to excessive force or mistreatment.
