Return & Warranty Policy
Purchases from Another Authorized Persona Retailer
If you have purchased your Persona jewelry from an authorized Persona retailer other than Persona World, please return to your original place of purchase and check their returns and exchange policy. Persona World will only accept returns for items that have been purchased from www.personaworld.com.
If your Persona jewelry has a manufacturer's defect and your authorized retailer will not exchange it for you, your items may qualify for manufacturer warranty replacement for up to 1 year from purchase. Please note that Persona World will require your authorized retailer's proof of purchase and will only process warranty replacements for the exact same items. Please visit our Returns Processing Page to process your warranty replacement.
Purchases from Persona World
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you have purchased your Persona products through the Persona World web site, you may return it for any reason within 14 days of product receipt. Persona World can also process warranty replacements for you for manufacturer defects up to one year from date of purchase.
- Visit the Returns Processing Page and enter your order number and email address to receive an RMA number. On this page you will select if you wish to return your item or if you are seeking warranty replacement.
- Prepare your item(s) with all the original packaging you received with your purchase. Write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
- Ship your package using your preferred shipping method (USPS, Canada Post, courier, etc). We must receive the item(s) within 14 days of creating the RMA number. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
A preference return is any return that is not a warranty replacement purchased from Persona World. For example, if you are in any way unhappy with the item and would like to return it.
For preference returns please follow the procedure above for "Purchases from Persona World" and select "I am not satisfied with the items I purchased and would like to return them for a replacement gift certificate" when filling out the RMA request page.
Your item(s) will be inspected once they arrive at our shipment centre and, if the return is found to be in its original condition, a gift certificate will be issued to you in the amount of the return. You may use this gift certificate on www.personaworld.com in order to purchase a new item.
If for any reason your return is not in original condition (ie: if it's been damaged or modified), we will contact you to arrange to ship your item(s) back to you at your expense. If you believe your item is damaged due to a manufacturer's defect, please request a warranty replacement instead of a preference return (See below under "Warranty Replacements").
If you are returning an item, you must also return any free gifts or benefit items you received in that order if the original purchase without the returned item would be disqualified you from receiving the gifts/benefits. For example, if, due to a specific promotion, you received a free collector's case because your order was over $150, and returning one item drops your order below $150, then you must return the collector's case as well.
Return requests after 14 days of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking charge, and will be processed at our discretion. If you are outside the 14 day return period, please contact us for details before returning your item(s).
For warranty replacements please follow the procedure above for Purchases from Persona World and select "My item is defective and I would like to replace it under warranty" when filling out the RMA request page.
Your item(s) will be inspected once they arrive at our shipment centre and, if the return is found to be a manufacturer's defect, a new item will be shipped out to you. In addition, for item(s) purchased from www.personaworld.com, your shipping costs (up to $10) will be refunded using your original payment method. We regret we cannot refund shipping costs for items purchased from authorized retailer locations.
If we determine the item is not defective, we will contact you to arrange to ship the item(s) back to you at your expense. If you are unsure if your items are defective or not please contact us before shipping your item back.
We cannot perform warranty replacements on items which have been resized or otherwise altered in any way or items which have been damaged due to excessive force or mistreatment.
For damage or loss of items during transit, you must file a claim with the carrier. Please package your items well to reduce the risk of damage during transit.
